Our Sustainability Policy
The Blue Pocket Services Pte Ltd (TBP) is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, transparent and accountable manner. In line with this, TBP has adopted and implemented an Event Sustainability Management System (ESMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 20121:2012.
We have actively engaged clients, vendors, and creative partners across the following impact areas:
a) Environment (Sustainability in Events)
- Introduced eco-conscious design practices — e.g., reusable staging, repurposed materials, and reduction of single-use plastics.
- Worked closely with venue partners to track and reduce carbon footprint of hybrid and in-person events.
- Shared sustainability guides with clients as part of event proposals to influence green decision-making upstream.
b) People (Inclusive and Empowering Experiences)
- Designed sensory-friendly experiences to include neurodivergent guests.
- Engaged local artisans and SMEs for event merchandise, supporting community economies.
- Worked with clients to co-create employee wellness programs (e.g., team building events focused on mental well-being and physical longevity)
c) Economic (SME Ecosystem Support)
- Advocated for the hiring of local and independent service providers across Southeast Asia to support regional job creation.
- Mentored young creatives and freelancers via paid gigs and exposure to large scale event projects.
To build on our progress, TBP is committed to the following:
- Codifying sustainable event standards internally (e.g., green procurement, low impact logistics) to be adopted across all projects by 2026.
- Scaling community engagement, including more partnerships with social enterprises, creative youth groups, and NGOs.
- Launching a “TBP Together” vendor program to share sustainability know-how and raise baseline standards for event suppliers.
- Continuing internal training for our team on purpose-driven storytelling and ESG alignment to keep impact top-of-mind.
